I planned a complete renovation of the core of a house in Red Hill, an old ‘govie’ already subject to an earlier and now very tired renovation. The project involved a new entry, replacing the kitchen and a bathroom, creating a library/study and installing nearly 100 square metres of oak parquet floor.
I had never done anything like this before and went through the selection of a builder very carefully. Drewaire stood out. The quote was reasonable. Andrew impressed as thoughtful and hands on and a person with high standards. A visit to one of his projects showed me the good relationships he had with his team and his care for detail.

How true this is, we have just been handed the keys to our home. It was a very old weather board cottage. With guidance from Andrew and Drewaire’s designer, our house plan was developed.
