We have been through four major extensions/refurbishments in various houses. Our latest refurbishment with Drewaire Constructions has delivered extremely good results for us and we are very happy with Andrew and his team. Apart from additional building we also demolished internal walls and for maximum disruption the whole of the existing house was double glazed.

Andrew Foster was quick to point our technical difficulties and inaccuracies in the architectural plan for our extension and he was extremely helpful in providing solutions that not only over came these problems but vastly improved the functionality of the space.
Drewaire Constructions did an excellent job on renovating my home at 11 Stutchbury Street, Page in 2007. The quote was the best and most affordable and Andrew estimated 6 months to completion. It was actually completed in 5 months and the end result was turning a tired 3 brm ex govt home into a 5 brm, 2 bathroom home. The house was everything I had wanted and became very functional.

Certain ideas and principles were part of the very early stages of planning for this project: others came about collaboratively, or were Andrew’s contribution, either in terms of materials, finish or often highly pragmatic solutions. Even though one or two came very close to the end, this was never an issue!
We chose Drewaire for our renovation and extension project. This was our first experience with renovating. We also knew it was likely our older home would throw up some challenges throughout the build.
