We have been through four major extensions/refurbishments in various houses. Our latest refurbishment with Drewaire Constructions has delivered extremely good results for us and we are very happy with Andrew and his team. Apart from additional building we also demolished internal walls and for maximum disruption the whole of the existing house was double glazed.

We were also anxious to have an on-site presence during the building process and not simply a company that provided contract and project management services. Andrew fitted this requirement and his work was to a very high standard. Unlike a new build there are many issues and problems that arise with a refurbishment and which require thought and consultation. Andrew was always keen to engage and consult. Any issues that also had financial implications were flagged and discussed early. Andrew always focussed on good outcomes and finishes rather than papering over problems.

Overall, taking into account the unforseen, and changes we made during the build after acceptance of the quote, the job came in on time and on budget. Andrew and his direct team delivered work to an extremely high standard and from our experience he has a very good range of other contractors to provide other specialised services.
