Undergoing the task of a knock down rebuild, Andrew was quick to visualise our plans. He listened attentively to what we wanted and developed our ideas into practical and realistic solutions that were achievable within our budget. He was extremely patient in stepping us through each stage of construction and managing our expectations.
This extension has been beautifully executed by Drewaire Constructions and is a true custom design and built project. Logistically the project was very technical due to the vastness of the custom made trusses
I planned a complete renovation of the core of a house in Red Hill, an old ‘govie’ already subject to an earlier and now very tired renovation. The project involved a new entry, replacing the kitchen and a bathroom, creating a library/study and installing nearly 100 square metres of oak parquet floor.
I had never done anything like this before and went through the selection of a builder very carefully. Drewaire stood out. The quote was reasonable. Andrew impressed as thoughtful and hands on and a person with high standards. A visit to one of his projects showed me the good relationships he had with his team and his care for detail.
