I couldn’t have asked for the right builder to take on my renovation/extension project. Andrew not only managed the project but built the extension as well which gave me great reassurance especially that I was attempting a building project for the first time on my own and knowing that the project manager was also the builder himself.

Andrew is a creative builder, has great attention to detail and his ability to see shape and form and then realign the stairs and keep the ceiling on the same level just fitted in the nicely was fantastic. I must also add that his team of tradesmen were of high caliber who produced such good work as well – obviously, what seemed to me to be a reflection of how Andrew was seeing the finished product.

Andrew has great people skills. He listened, offered suggestions, provided solutions and managed to find discrepancies on building plans and dealt with it directly with the building designer.  Andrew is very patient,  reliable and flexible and I would recommend Drewaire constructions to anyone including my friends who want a builder with a little bit more than just getting the job done..  I personally would not hesitate to use them again.
